Case study 1
Mt Nelson home renovation
A very happy client holding their cute dog outside the renovated lower level of the house. Externally, the renovation features custom mini orb, double glazed and thermally broken windows and a concrete path exposed aggregate. The renovation was to improve the amenity of the space under the house by building it in, creating two extra bedrooms and a usable under-house storage space. Photo: Jordan Davis. -

Case study 3
Sandy Bay home renovation
This light and bright, contemporary kitchen renovation has transformed this 1970s house. It features solid stone benchtops, pendant lighting, contemporary lighting, brushed chrome tapware and an in bench sink. Photo: Jordan Davis.

Several factors were important to us in this build: the quality of the product, cost, the builder’s reputation, and particularly their approach to environmental sustainability — in awareness and in practice.
